On the receipt of required attested Demand letters from employer, we submit application for pre approval in the Department of Labour in Nepal, then after getting pre approval; advertisement will be published in National News Paper to collect the application from qualified candidates. Applications are scrutinized by selection committee as per the requirement of employer and short list of applicants are prepared for final interview. Short listed applicants are called for interview, which is performed under the presence of employer or representative and final name list of selected candidates are prepared.
Documents of succeed candidates; who passed the final interview & Medical; such as Passport copy, Photo, medical certificate, Educational & Experience certificates, are forwarded to respective employer/company which is necessary for visa procedure in employment country.
Upon receiving the visa of employment country, we start making necessary arrangement to send the candidates. During this period all the candidates will be given orientation about the general rule and regulation of the company/employer and employment country. Generally it will take a month in maximum.
